Every worker can create a basic profile for free, with directory inclusion and link or QR sharing. Premium adds a richer Passport, selectable PDF exports, document uploads and eligibility for manual review.
Whether it's an industrial shutdown, a commercial fit-out or plant maintenance, companies can assess the information workers choose to share.
Verification is a manual review by Arcla admins — we don't auto-approve anything. A qualification is only marked Verified once an admin has checked it. Until then it shows as pending, not verified or rejected, so companies always know exactly what they're looking at.
What do verification and Featured mean?
Premium lets workers request manual identity and document review. Payment alone never grants a verified badge. Review status refers to the evidence checked; it does not guarantee work quality, current competence or suitability for a job. Companies should confirm role and site requirements.
Featured is a labelled placement that increases exposure. It is separate from verification and does not mean a worker is more qualified.
