What do verification and Featured mean?
Premium lets workers request manual identity and document review. Payment alone never grants a verified badge. Review status refers to the evidence checked; it does not guarantee work quality, current competence or suitability for a job. Companies should confirm role and site requirements.
Featured is a labelled placement that increases exposure. It is separate from verification and does not mean a worker is more qualified.

Founding 100: Worker Premium free for life
The first 100 eligible workers receive a full Arcla Passport, custom public link, project gallery, document tools and PDF exports, free for the lifetime of their Arcla account. No card required. No subscription fees.
